Above The Falls is a beautiful three level cabin that is perfect for your family vacation. You can hear the resort waterfall from the back deck while taking in the mountain views. There is a bedroom with a king bed and a private full bathroom on each level. The upstairs bedroom has a private balcony with rocking chairs. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the main floor living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking supplies and a Keurig coffee maker. There's a large wrap around deck off the main level that has a hot tub, picnic table, gas grill, and rocking chairs. For entertainment inside, play a game of pool in the upstairs loft, or play one of the many games available on the arcade game system in the den. The downstairs level has a cozy den, set of twin/full bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. Another private back deck is located off the den with rocking chairs looking out at the beautiful mountain views. Above The Falls is equipped with a washer/dryer, central heat and air, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.

We loved our cabin. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our whole family. It was very relaxing sitting in the swing enjoying the view and listening to the sound of the falls below. Would love to come back to this resort to stay again.

We rented Above The Falls for our annual girl's weekend. We found it to be perfect for our needs. We especially liked that each of us had a bedroom and private bathroom. It was a chilly weekend, so we also appreciated being able to flip a switch and enjoy a nice fire in the fireplace without a big cleanup. We would definitely return.

Our family retreat at Above the Falls was absolutely perfect! We rented all the cabins in the cul-de-sac, which made it so easy to walk back and forth to visit with everyone. The cabin itself was cozy and clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to all the local attractions with beautifully maintained roads, even in the snow. Little Valley Mountain Resort has done an amazing job with thoughtful amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to return!
If you are considering bringing your family to the area, I would definitely recommend Lil Valley Mountain resort. Don’t hesitate to book it now!
