Our first time renting at this resort and it will NOT be our last!!!! April 4-9 (2019) we stayed here, started off at Horseshoe Hideaway - GORGEOUS views, the deck with partial sun was amazing and having the deck closed off for the pup was wonderful! We had a minor snafu and I called Friday at 16:48 (they close at 17:00) explained our situation and they got us into a new cabin. I was floored, this resort truly cares about your comfort, and your experience and treats you like family. The owners and workers go above and beyond. We finished out our stay at Shady Lady and was very relaxing. Unfortunately, it was cut short a day due to me receiving a sinus infection (not what I wanted to bring home from the smokies!!!) I've told everyone about this place and we will def be back. I love the area because it's still quiet enough, but close to town if you need something. The pizza place on Walden Creek Rd - Stonehouse is very good! (keep in mind it's a wood fire pizza)”

This was our fifth stay at the resort. We try to stay in different cabins each time. This cabin was very nice as were all the other ones. Everything from the online reservation to the arrival and stay was beyond great. Staff is great and willing to help if needed.
