This was our first trip to the Smoky Mountains. We loved it. The name Peaceful Haven truly lived up to its name, so peaceful & beautiful! The grounds are well kept, staff friendly & helpful! Our family got to see bears in their natural habitat on Wednesday, which was amazing! Our cabin was very clean. The view was breathtaking!
